When nothing makes sense any more
When what seemed true is now in doubt
When your monsters make you feel miserable
When there is a small voice inside you that asks for help
When you let yourself feel whatever you feel
When there is  hope even in the middle of the storm
When there is the familiar path but there is also a new one
Where there is a choice
When someone believes in you
even when you are angry, disappointed, or hopeless
When there is  a hug that relieves fear and warms your heart
When you find the strength within yourself
You can keep walking
And at least for today,
You can keep believing.
